Greetings there, and welcome to The Celtic Circle homepage. Here is a bit of information you need to know about the guild and what we have for you. ~ Our guild is family-friendly, and no one is mistreated in ANY way. We have fun in the guild with games we have, Riddles, interesting facts about the Celtic Gods and Goddesses, 1np Trades, Free Gift for joining us, and so much more. Our layouts are also NOT premade, and do NOT come from any site. All layouts are handmade by me, but the real credit goes to the one who made the art in the first place. Once you join us, you get a free gift from me, as thanks for joining us. After a week you have joined, you can recieve a newbie pack from me and the council. We do ask that you STAY Active while your in the guild. A lot of people who join and have joined us, do not seem to stay active. Thats the only we ask that you do, and to participate in some of the activities we have.. If you have ANY questions, please, feel free to neomail me on neopets. Blessings to you and take care. Guild Rules

I know everyone doesn't like following THE
RULES, but we have to. Here are the rules
some of them are strict, so don't get to
upset
�
1) If you join, you MUST be active (joining
and then not participating in anything or let alone post messages on the
boards), is NOT cool. I wont allow it
2) Please DON'T beg me to give you items and
neopoints. They are for everyone, not just you.
3) Spamming and posting pointless/useless
messages on the guild isn't allowed. You will receive a warning if you do. Do it
again and you will be temporarily suspended.
4)You may apply for a Newbie Pack only one
time. A few people have applied for more then one and its not a good thing to
do.
5) I don't like scammers/hackers in my guild.
They will be kicked out and banned from the guild. never to return.
6) If you need a LOA (Leave of Absence) for a
couple days or so or if you are going out of town, tell me ahead of time please
so I know and don't kick you out by mistake.
7) If you are not active within 30 days after
joining, you will automatically be banned. You may wish to rejoin, if you still
want to be apart of this guild.
8)Do NOT ask me how many neopoints I have or
how many items I have. Its no ones business.
9) The layout is from Fantasy Fights. To find
it, go to http://www.webcompetition.net
10) We also follow ALL neopets guidelines. DO
NOT try and break them. I would hate to see anyone break them and get kicked
off.
11) This is an english speaking guild! Any weird fonts or dingbats that none of us can read, will be suspended. Thats something we WONT allow. If I see that crap typed on my message board, I will either send you a warning, a chance to get rid of it and make it english, or your out. NO ACCEPTIONS!
12) Do not use terms such as LM*AO (don't ask if you don't know what it means). Any vulgarity of any kind is cause for suspension without warning. I wont allow it on here, especially in fron of young people who play on this site.
13) Be creative and Have fun. If you have any

One more thing.... IF I DO NOT SEE YOU ACTIVE WITHIN THE WEEK THAT YOU JOIN...I WILL AUYTOMATICALLY SUSPEND YOU FOR A NUMBER OF DAYS WITHOUT QUESTION. I AM TIRED OF PEOPLE WHO SAY THEY ARE ACTIVE AND TURN OUT NOT TO BE. THANK YOU.
